Shipping Policy

We are so excited to get your ILA SODHANI piece to you quickly and safely! Once you have completed the checkout process, you will receive an “Order Confirmation” email, and your order will leave our showroom within 3 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information once it is on its way. Please note, once orders have been shipped, the delivery address cannot be modified, and if the package is delivered to the incorrect address provided we will not be responsible. All packages are insured and will require a signature by an adult for delivery. Once signed and delivered as tracked by the carrier, the purchaser assumes full responsibility for the shipment, regardless of who signed for the package. Please note for that reason, we are not able to ship to a PO Box. 

We are a tiny team so we prefer to ship consolidated orders, but if you have a special request we will do our best - please email hello@ilasodhani.com. All in stock items are shipped from our showroom Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Occasionally items may be temporarily out-of-stock, but we will communicate any shipping delay within 24 hours of your order. If we are making a custom piece for you, please see your “Order Notification” email for your lead time. If you need something by a certain date, please contact us, and we will do our absolute best to accommodate your request.

Shipping Rates are as follows:

$75 shipping on orders $5001-$10000 - Fedex 2 day, insured

$55 shipping on all orders under $5000 - Fedex 2 day, insured
