Stock pieces are eligible for exchange only and custom or special order pieces are final sale. Please check our Exchange Policy for more information, or contact us with any questions.

What is your warranty?

We take pride in our designs and warranty them for 90 days. Please note that things like wear and tear or damages due to neglect are not covered in our warranty.

How do I purchase a piece I fell in love with on social media, but it's not on the website?

We can begin the production process on any ILA SODHANI piece that caught your eye, please contact us.
Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we ask all international clients to contact us about ordering.
Can I personalize a design I've seen online?

Ila loves to create custom designs! Please contact us and we'll be happy to get the process started; you can also get more information on the custom design process here.
How does shipping work?

How long does a piece in production take?

We dedicate time and effort to the detail your piece will need, so our production time is between 4-6 weeks.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept check, cash, Zelle, and all major credit cards. There is a small 3% fee on all credit card transactions.
Can you repair my jewelry?

We can repair any ILA SODHANI pieces for a small fee, if outside of our warranty; please contact us to get that process started. However, we cannot repair jewelry from other designers.
